Shawny Robey, MS, MBA

CEO & President

Shawny has nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and over the course of her career she has served in roles such as Executive VP of Business Development and Chief of Operations for inpatient and outpatient behavioral health hospitals and medical clinics.

In her role as the Chief Executive Officer at Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery, Shawny looks to continue serving our community and expanding access to care for those individuals and families who need it most.

She works to build strong partnerships and collaborate with charitable donors who equally share a passion for the mission. Shawny seeks to provide greater opportunities for access to care, collaboration, and service delivery.

Lehendrick Turner

COO

Lehendrick Turner has over 15 years of healthcare experience to include executive leadership, operations management, business model development, mergers & acquisitions, revenue generation and market expansion. He has successfully executed strategic initiatives & compliance projects.

As the VP of Finance and a revenue-focused leader, Tina’s expertise lies in developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue generation, optimize profitability, and drive sustainable growth. With over 20 years in the Behavioral Healthcare industry, Tina is committed to driving innovation and creating opportunities for revenue expansion to continue serving our community.

VP of Operations

With over 18 years of dedicated service in the field of substance abuse and community outreach, Karina stands as a seasoned professional committed to making a positive impact on individuals grappling with addiction. Karina brings a wealth of experience and expertise and is a relentless advocate for those facing the challenges of substance abuse.

Bill Price

VP of Human Resources

Bill is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources. From team member relations and benefits to talent acquisition and compliance, Bill’s commitment to creating an exceptional team member experience is important to Lightshare’s success. Outside of work, Bill enjoys kayaking, fitness, exploring Florida’s beaches and traveling with his wife and adult kids.

Casey Collier

VP of Compliance & Quality

Casey has years of leadership in behavioral healthcare. She specializes in compliance, quality, billing, and management of multiple Lightshare programs and services. Additionally, Casey is a licensed therapist with expertise in clinical care, quality, and standards.

Executive Assistant

Sadi has over 10 years of experience as an executive leader in the Behavioral Healthcare industry, with a passion for helping others. She specializes in administrative projects at an executive level and has an acute attention to detail. Sadi is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive and creative attitude to encourage others and inspire success for all.
